If you resell this service
You manage your customer relationship, billing and frontline support, including the disclosures and consumer protections that apply to your offer. We support your authorised contacts under our Wholesale Terms. We normally refer your customers back to you. Authorised contact and safety or legal exceptions may apply. We do not use wholesale customer details to market to them, including for Warp.

When can we order it?
Not yet. We're finishing the arrangements now and there are no plans or prices to publish. Register your interest and we'll tell you as soon as they're ready.
Which network does it use?
The Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network, which uses part of Telstra's mobile network. Check an address on Telstra Wholesale's coverage map at telstrawholesale.com.au. Coverage maps are a guide, not a guarantee.
Is 5G included?
5G needs a plan with 5G access, a compatible device and 5G coverage; elsewhere the service runs on 4G. Wholesale mobile plans are speed-capped, and we'll publish the cap with each plan.
Can we resell it under our own brand?
That's the plan, alongside nbn and voice. Selling mobile to the public comes with its own obligations, including identity checks before activating a service or porting a number, and the consumer codes. Those stay with you as the retailer.
Will older phones work?
Telstra closed its 3G network on 28 October 2024. A phone that can't make emergency calls over 4G (VoLTE) can't be used on the network.
